You will be responsible for being a consultant to support both clients and candidates. As a consultant in the field for which you are responsible, you will introduce human resources that match the needs of the company, and also provide job information and advice to help job seekers realise their career visions.

We are a recruiting firm founded in London, UK, with strengths in providing career change support for foreign and domestic global companies. The Tokyo office is an overseas-like work environment with employees from 35 different countries. We do not divide divisions for efficiency, as many recruiting firms do, but rather provide what we call a "360° model" (two-sided), in which consultants handle communication for both the employer and candidate sides of the recruitment process.
