Business Analyst - CRM / SFDC

Company Profile

An international marketing company that supports a wide range of clients in the retail and FMCG sectors with a variety of printed and digital solutions. They are entering a new stage as an independent entity after separating from the US head office, and still retain a diverse workforce in Tokyo with staff coming from more than 11 countries.

The Role

• Working with stakeholders in the sales & marketing teams, you'll be understanding their tech requirements; identifying ways to improve processes relating to the CRM (Salesforce); and then working with the internal engineering team to develop and implement solutions. In addition to the CRM, you'll also be responsible for other business applications such as Workday. We are primarily looking for someone who can support both development and operations teams in the ongoing journey to separate from the parent company's IT systems.

Your Skills

• Fluent Japanese and Business English are mandatory for this role.
• Experience as either an Applications Manager, or as an IT Business Analyst with an application development background would be ideal for this role.
• Experience working with CRM (in particular SFDC) would be perfect for this role, and any exposure to other enterprise systems would be a bonus.
