International Sales－ Germany 【Native German+JLPTN2】

We are seeking an additional member to join our overseas sales team in Osaka Japan.

In this position

You will be primarily responsible for expanding our sales in the German market. This will be done through:

• Educating and negotiating with potential customers
• Managing relationships with dealers (代理店)
• Discovering new potential markets
• Making frequent business trips abroad (5-6 trips per year)

About the Team

As part of our overseas division, you will join a small (~15 member) but diverse international team, with team members from 9 different countries (America, France, Germany, Mexico, Korea, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Japan). Nearly all internal communication will be conducted in Japanese, however communication with clients and dealers will be conducted in German/English. (You are free to communicate with coworkers in whatever language you are most comfortable.)

Requirements:

• Native German speaker
• JLPT N2 or higher preferred
• Business level English
• Knowledge of German culture/business culture
• Currently residing in Japan

Other Desired Skills:

• Sales experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
