Description

• Manage periodic financial closures (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Oversee cash transactions, including receipts, payments, transfers, and reimbursements.
• Assist with queries from various internal teams.
• Provide support for international financial reporting, including regular reviews of local accounting practices.
• Facilitate collaboration with external accounting firms.

• Relevant experience in accounting.
• Strong numerical and communication skills.
• Proactive, motivated, and curious.
• Strong communication in both Japanese and English.
• Experience in English-speaking and international environments preferred.
• IT industry background, especially in startups, is a plus.
