This is an onsite, contract position in Tokyo with 24/7 shift work, offering up to 5.8M JPY annually plus bonuses and benefits.

• Assist Japanese customers with travel inquiries via the app (e.g., flight changes, booking modifications).
• Communicate with airlines, hotels, and international partners to resolve issues.
• Provide excellent customer support through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Manage and resolve booking-related problems quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth travel experiences for customers.
• Stay updated on travel policies, procedures, and company offerings.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Native-level Japanese and fluent English
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in hospitality, travel & tourism, aviation, or customer support in the call center industry
• Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Global Distribution System (GDS) is a plus
• Shift Work Flexibility: Willingness to work 8-hour shifts (7 AM-10 PM or 10 PM-7 AM)
