Description

• Manage commercial solution systems (CSCAN, VEEVA, etc.) to drive productivity.
• Lead cross-functional discussions and align local business needs with global IT teams.
• Oversee system maintenance, enhancements, and master data accuracy.
• Simplify field reporting for strategic territory planning.
• Provide training and support to field teams on systems like Veeva CRM.
• Act as the commercialization data expert for system development and deployment.
