You will be responsible for designing web services and iOS/Android apps developed as part of our in-house business.
- UI/UX design to improve user experience
- Creating personas, user stories, and customer journeys
- Conducting user interviews and research
- Overall design process and strategy planning
- Prototyping wireframes, transition diagrams, etc. - Planning and conducting user testing
- Building and operating a design system
- Design quality control and improvement, etc.

・Ability to come up with ideas and suggestions for improving user experience
・Basic UI experience such as component creation and color scheme design
・Ability to think logically about design Ability to delve deeply into issues
・Experience in collaborative development with other professions such as PdM and engineers
