• Oversee product development
• Handle sales tasks at drugstores and retail outlets
• Manage promotions in the stores
• Introduce and explain company products to store staff with accuracy and timeliness.
• Implement business promotions aligned with the company's marketing strategy to meet annual performance targets.
• Maintain displays, promote sales, and contribute to increasing the company's market share.
• Ensure in-store product development remains innovative and up-to-date.
• Manage tasks related to business operations with wholesalers connected to retail.

• Experienced in Retail Sales
• Fluency in Japanese
• FMCG industry experience (especially cosmetics, personal care, beauty products)
• Willing to go Business Trips and sometimes stay overnights
