My client is seeking an experienced Tech Lead who can take charge of overseeing the success of their software development projects. As the market leader, they are a forward-thinking company combining technology and real estate, leveraging advanced technology such as AI, machine learning, and cloud services to streamline real estate transactions.

The Role

• Oversee and guide the work of the software development team.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements and translation into technical requirements.
• Ensure that technical solutions align with the architectural designs and business needs.
• Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits within the team.
• Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security.
• Carry out technical reviews to ensure the project is on track and follows the specified standards.
• Effectively communicate the project status, issues, and resolutions to management.

Your Skills

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience leading a small to medium-sized development team.
• Proficiency in Go programming language and familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services).
• In-depth knowledge of modern software development tools, software development lifecycle, and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated sense of responsibility and capability to deliver quickly.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• Business level Japanese is required
