• This role is for a US based SaaS firm that is looking to further strengthen its presence in Japan by creating products that cater to the market's needs. The firm has been going through 30-40% YoY consistently.
• The Product Manager will define and execute strategies for new products in the Japanese market, overseeing the process from development to launch.

The Role

• Develop product vision and long-term strategies based on market needs and trends.
• Create and manage product roadmaps, including development timelines and release schedules.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to drive product improvements.
• Lead project management, coordinating with teams and vendors to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to plan product launch and sales strategies.
• Design and validate revenue models for new products, ensuring business value.

Your Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, especially with SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of the Japanese market and business strategy.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Business-level English proficiency.
