Platform Manager

This role will be responsible for managing the overall operation of cloud services that digitalizes asset management. 

Responsibilities:

• Operation, maintenance and upkeep of the platform 
• Liaise with stakeholders and agile development team 
• Build/operate AWS platform environment 
• Incident/problem management 
• Preventive measures for failures through operation status monitoring and problem analysis
• Respond to service requests that arise within the agile development cycle
• Plan, implement and operate DevOps platform 
• Manage a team of engineers 

Required skills and experience:

• More than 3 years of experience in leading system development/operation projects
• Experience in building and operating AWS infrastructure
• Experience in Agile development and security systems
• Experience in IT Services Management
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Business level Japanese
