As a Technical Sales Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers using our silicone products. This involves understanding customer needs, conducting product evaluations and analyses, and collaborating with overseas technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Description

• Customer Support: Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers regarding the use and application of silicone products.
• Product Evaluation: Conducting evaluations and testing of silicone products to ensure they meet customer specifications and industry standards.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical issues related to silicone products, such as performance problems, compatibility issues, or quality concerns.
• Technical Consultation: Offering technical advice and recommendations to customers on product selection, usage, and maintenance.
• Technical Documentation: Preparing technical reports, manuals, and specifications for silicone products.
• Collaboration: Working closely with research and development teams, manufacturing teams, and sales representatives to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

• Strong understanding of silicone chemistry and materials science
• Sales or Technical Sales experience (2y~5y)
• English (TOEIC 600~)
• Fluent in Japanese (N1)
• Driving License
