Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategy and planning
• Manage budget and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, and develop internal controls
• Oversee risk management and capital structure
• Lead treasury and cash management efforts
• Collaborate with senior management on financial decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance or business-related
• Practical experience in senior financial managerial roles with a proven track record
• Experience in a senior financial role, preferably within a multinational environment
• Proficient in GAAP and financial reporting
• Knowledge of MS Excel (SAP is preferred)
• Possess a valid professional accreditation (CPA, CFA)
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
