大規模風力発電～Project developer for large scale wind projects～

－ Engagement with local developers, real estate brokers, landowners to gather land and project information for potential projects.
－ Explain about the companies Energy and its initiatives to project introducers and landowners.
－ Manage pipeline list and update its status to follow up on project origination opportunities.
－ Report pipeline and projects status to HQ and other key senior leadership.
－ Company language: Japanese （no English needed）

－ 地元のデベロッパー、不動産仲介業者、土地所有者と関わり、潜在的なプロジェクトのための土地やプロジェクト情報を収集する。
－ プロジェクト紹介者や土地所有者に、会社のエネルギーとその取り組みについて説明する。
－ パイプラインリストを管理し、プロジェクト組成の機会をフォローするためにそのステータスを更新する。
－ パイプラインやプロジェクトの状況を本社やその他の主要なシニアリーダーに報告する。

[Requirements] 
－ Experience in business development and/or project development for utility scale renewable power plants in Japan is preferable.
－ Experience negotiating land purchase or land lease.
－ Deep understanding of Japanese policy/regulation/laws and market dynamics related to renewables as a foundation of business strategy.
－ Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, including solar, wind, hydropower, geothermal, and biomass is a plus.
－ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
－ Based in Japan, some domestic travel required.
－ Fluent in Japanese and English a plus

[応募資格］ 
－ 工学、環境科学、経済学、または関連分野の学士号／修士号取得者。(必須ではない）
－ 日本における再生可能エネルギー発電所の事業開発、プロジェクト開発経験を有することが望ましい。
－ 土地購入や土地賃貸の交渉経験
－ 事業戦略の基礎となる再生可能エネルギーに関連する日本の政策/規制/法律および市場力学に関する深い理解。
－ 太陽光、風力、水力、地熱、バイオマスなどの再生可能エネルギー技術に関する知識があれば尚可。
－ 文書および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力が高く、多様な聴衆に対して調査結果や提言をプレゼンテーションできる。
－ 日本を拠点とし、国内出張もある。
－ 日本語、英語に堪能であれば尚可
