Description

• Develop and implement market research plans specifically tailored to the Japanese market.
• Adapt and customise global research protocols to meet Japan-specific consumer needs.
• Lead and manage both qualitative and quantitative research activities, including surveys and focus groups.
• Analyse research data and produce reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Mentor and guide the Consumer Insights team, enhancing in-house research skills.
• Oversee and optimise the research budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
