・ Develop and execute engagement strategies that highlight the benefits of the healthcare program.
・ Work closely with stakeholders to provide ongoing support and education about the program.
・ Ensure alignment of engagement activities with program objectives through close collaboration with international teams.
・ Travel to various locations within Japan to engage with program participants and provide support.

・ Extensive experience in healthcare, medical services, insurance, or military services.
・ Experience working with or for a U.S.-based company, or substantial experience working within the U.S., is highly advantageous.
・ Proven track record in managing complex programs or projects, ideally within a regulated industry.
・ Strong client and stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate diverse environments.
・ Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across various teams and cultures.
・ Self-motivated problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity and complex organizational structures.
・ Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies.
