Full Stack Developer (web or mobile app)

We are seeking a Japanese-speaking Full Stack Developer (mid level/senior level/manager level) to lead the development of both front-end and back-end solutions, integrating services and APIs to deliver top-notch software for our clients.

Description

• Design, implement, and deploy application architectures tailored to web app or mobile app development projects.
• Lead the team in making optimal technical decisions, defining design guidelines, and ensuring compliance with architectural standards.
• Create and validate architectural prototypes, develop and deploy development standards.
• Continuously analyze and review current technology environments, proposing improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, and drive their adoption.
• Support team members in adhering to architectural decisions and design guidelines.
• Manage client and team expectations, providing explanations and persuasive arguments for architectural decisions.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in application architecture design, implementation, and deployment for web/mobile apps.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: React, Angular, Vue.js, Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter.
• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) and API development using C#, Node.js, Java, or Go.
• Leadership experience, including team lead or sub-lead roles with strong negotiation skills.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 preferred).
