Description

• Develop demand and supply plan by review historical data, evaluate promotion activities, and understand market trend
• Control shipping schedule with factory and forwarder to be on time inbound to Japan 3PL
• Co-ordinate with HQ operations team and communicate to market the inventory lead time and supply constraints.
• Manage smooth outbound operation working with Japan 3PL and ensure order / operation process are well executed.
• Work with HQ Operations teams & develop plans for improvement to achieve inventory goals and reduce obsolescence.

• 5+ years' experience in a demand planning. Experience of working in other areas of Supply Chain is also desirable.
• Strong numerical skill with strong sales operation and forecast / demand planning skills.
• Hands on computer knowledge of MS Office with excellent skills in Excel.
• Understanding of Oracle & WMS preferred
• Fluent/Business in English is essential, multilingual capability and cross-cultural study and/or work experience is highly preferred.
• A highly motivated self-starter with strong individual and team working skills.
