The position covers day to day processing of cash entries and payment with involvement of account or counterparty setup and maintenance

Description

• Process cash payments for multi-currencies
• Capture and settle short-term lending/borrowing trades
• Capture and settle FX trades
• Engage in monitoring and determining excess/deficit of funding adequacy of customer segregation accounts
• Customer account creation and maintenance
• Reconciliation of bank statements vs GL, and statements of CSDs vs safe-custody CL
• Fillings, statement preparation and sending, and other administrative tasks
• Produce regulatory reportings to local regulatory bodies, such as JFSA, BOJ and JSDA as required

• Experience with Settlement at Securities Industry
• Detail-oriented team player who can manage multi-task is welcome
• Language skill: Japanese (Native level), English (Intermediate level)
• PC skill: Excel intermediate level (Creation of formulas)
• JSDA Securities Sales Representative License is desirable
