· Achieve and exceed P&L targets.
· Create and execute business area's short term and mid-term strategies.
· Build and develop a strong relationship with key customers.
· Manage and develop the team by effectively coaching team members.
· Work closely and collaborate with other business areas and functions cross-functionally.

· Professional experience in marketing, more than 5 years.
