Client Delivery Manager

You will play a role in leading in driving insights to the clients by running the project from start to finish. This includes tasks like data analysis and report writing and client management.  

Main responsibilities:

• Lead research studies from proposal through to analysis and reporting. 
• Build positive relationships with key clients on day-to-day basis. 
• Work/Lead Associates and Senior Associates to ensure quality and timely delivery and help train new members to the team. 
• Leading a project crafted to increase efficiencies, automation, and quality of output. 
• Lead a project crafted to increase efficiencies, automation, and quality of output. 
• Contribute to the solution strategy 

Minimum requirements:

• At least 5 years validated experience in a research/consumer insights space 
• Strong analytical skills 
• Fluent in Japanese
• Basic Business Level in English 
• Commercial mindset, with emphasis on the application of research/analytics to solving client business problems is critical 
• Desire to challenge the status quo, able to see new ways of doing things and develop action plans to inspire change and achieve strategic goals 
• Effective communicator, presenter, and influencer 
• Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external partners 
• Ability to understand sophisticated methodological concepts and explain these to others
