Solution Architect (Pre-sales)

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect who will be responsible for pre-sales activities, working closely with sales and delivery team to drive project success. This is an individual contributor role at global technology company providing innovative enterprise solutions.

Description

• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with sales team and delivery team to create proposal plan.
• Work closely with sales team to perform successful solution proposal and presentation.
• Maintain tight relationship with clients and solution partners.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

This is an individual contributor role. You will be the starting member of the Solution Architect team and potentially expand the team as the business grow.

Must have:

• Professional experience as Pre-sales Engineer or equivalent position.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in both English and Japanese.

Good to have:

• Experience working at IT consulting firm.
• Experience with latest technologies such as Generative AI.
• Experience with package enterprise solutions such as ERP, CRM, SFA, MA, etc.
