This position will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive profitable growth and market differentiation. The role involves leading digital marketing initiatives, managing marketing budgets, and collaborating with global and regional teams to align efforts. Additionally, you will coach and develop the marketing team, implement best practices, and establish strategic partnerships to enhance the business.

• 10 -15 years of professional experience in a commercial role (eg. Brand Management, Business Development, Sales/Marketing Leadership etc.)
• Marketing Expertise; relevant experience in marketing management and marketing communication
• The ability to be comfortable with the unknown, ask questions, be inquisitive, and be a self-starter
• Ability to dive in, and position yourself for success by building relationships, learning quickly, and trying new things
• Fluent Japanese and English
