• This company is a Japanese manufacturer of Brake components for automobiles, motorcycles, trains and Industrial machinery. They are a large company with significant overseas presence and wide range of brake products for many applications.

The Role

• Preparation of consolidated financial statements
• Audit support duties
• Management of overseas subsidiaries
• Preparation of disclosure documents such as securities reports (including timely disclosure and English disclosure)
• Other duties incidental to the above

Your Skills

• Experience in consolidation
• Japanese commercial bookkeeping (level 2) or equivalent experience
• TOEIC 650 or above

Welcome

• Experience in consolidated closing operations for listed companies
• Certified Public Accountant/USCPA/JCCI Bookkeeping Level 1, etc.
• MS Excel skills (Macro/Modern Excel), RPA utilization, etc.
