Engineer for equipment maintenance at Buzen Plant, production site for dialyzer (hemodialysis) and peritoneal dialysis solution.

Manufacturing Line maintenance & modification
•    Maintenance for production line is a main work. 
•    There are opportunities to expand, automate, improve or modify a production line, cooperating with external engineering companies.  
•    There are chances of business trip to FMC plants overseas (Germany, the USA　etc.) if necessary.

Skill and experience

 (1)    Essential Skill : Experience and knowledge of mechanical and electric maintenance
Need wide experience and knowledge as a mechanical or electric maintenance engineer. （more than 5 year experience desirable） 
Experience in handling PLCs (Plus)
Welding, processing machine, hand finishing and mechanical drawing (CAD) skills(Plus).
Expect work experience at production line where large sized products are manufactured, such as automobile companies, electric appliance companies.

(2)    Experience of manufacturing technology (Plus)
Experience of installation of a new manufacture line, modification, validation, calibration, maintenance planning and utility (Plus).   

(3)    English conversation (Plus)


salary
Annual pay: JPY 4.0 – 5.4 million (Base pay JPY 235,000 - 317,000 and 5-month bonus. Bonus is variable based on corporate and individual performance) Eligible to overtime payment.

Workplace
Buzen plant (92-7, Kaimo, Buzen city, Fukuoka Pref.)

Work condition
Hours: 8:30-16:45(daytime)
Shift: shift 1:7:00-15:15,  shift 2: 15:00-23:15,  shift 3: 23:00-7:15
In case of shift work, working days and holidays are according to the plant’s calendar.  
Company holiday :approx.124days/year 
Shift work is expected, but the situation might change to the day-time work in the future.
There may be emergency call-outs in the event of equipment trouble.
