The Role

• This position is accountable for supervising and maintaining overall control of the Accounting Financial Management Systems as it relates to regularity, accuracy and the efficiency of the day-to-day work.
• To execute and ensure effective day to day financial management and control of the operations
• To be an adviser on financial issues and, were necessary and appropriate, to challenge the Executive Committee regarding the way business is conducted

Your Skills

• Fluent Japanese and business level English
• 7+ years of finance and accounting experience
• People management experience
• Experience working within the hospitality industry
