The Accountant supports company management, participates in global accounting projects, and requires English communication skills. Responsibilities include financial support, working with Shared Services, ensuring invoice payment, resolving collection issues, managing workload, handling confidential information, and addressing finance queries.

Description

• Provides support in addressing issues of a financial nature and provides all relevant information to meet internal demands. This support may include, but is not limited to, any of the following: reporting and control, income and outgoing management.
• Work closely with the Shared Services team in Manila and Warsaw to ensure smooth operation of all daily settlement.
• Ensure swift payment of invoices.
• Proactively identify and resolve collection related issues.
• Plan, organize and manage own workload to ensure your contribution to the company's monthly financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide administrative and financial support to the managements.
• Effectively communicate with employees, customers, suppliers & others.
• Respond to finance related queries.

Job Offer

• Accounting knowledge equivalent to Japanese commercial bookkeeping level 3
• PC skills (Office, Microsoft Excel/XLOOKUP and Pivot Table)
• Written English communication skills (TOEIC score 600 or above)
• Fluent in Japanese and English (reading, writing, verbal)
• Experience working for a global company
• SAP ERP experience is desirable
• Proactive and open to communication
