• Business Analysis:

  • Gather and analyze requirements.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Prepare business cases and manage data reports.

• Operation Support:

  • Implement process improvements.
  • Document processes and report KPIs.
  • Facilitate executive meetings and events.

• Investigations:

  • Support C-level vision formulation.
  • Investigate pain points and opportunities.
  • Consolidate information into reports.
  • Lead change initiatives and engage with diverse members.

• 3+ years of project management experience in IT.
• Proficiency in defining business requirements, working closely with engineers.
• Experience in Agile project environments and cross-cultural development teams.
• Preferred: Background in Data Engineering and familiarity with tools like JIRA/Confluence.
• Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese for conversation.
