As an HRBP, you will be overseeing one of the most important business units in the company with hundreds of employees.

Client Details

The client is a leading tech-related company with a variety of product offerings that are available all over the globe.

Description

  • Collaborate with HR team members to deliver a wide range of HR services, performance management, employee relations, and learning and development initiatives.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand their needs, provide HR guidance, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Stay updated with HR trends and best practices, recommending improvements to HR processes and procedures.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.

スキル・資格

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin - Japanese a plus
  • Around 5 yrs. of relevant HR experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR practices and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Japanese labor laws and regulations is highly desirable.
  • Passion for HR and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
