募集要項
- ビジネス・アナリストとして、ビジネス・アナリシス業務全般を担当します。
- 様々なビジネスユニットと密接に連携し、必要な機能強化の特定、システムレビューの支援、データ分析、ソリューション設計、実装までのサポートを行う。
- 技術チームと連携し、ソリューションの設計や成果物の実装を行う。
- アジャイル手法（SCRUM）をよく理解し、アジャイルセレモニーを適用できる。
- ソリューション開発に影響を与える関連規制要件を確実に認識すること。
- プロジェクトの全期間を通じて、リスクや問題の特定、所有、管理（緩和と是正を含む）の経験があること。
- UATのような様々なテストフェーズを準備、調整、実行し、実装後のサポートと引き渡しを確実にする。
- すべてのビジネスチームと良好な関係を築き、コミュニケーションを図る。
- 社内外のチームに迅速に対応し、彼らのニーズや要望に確実に応える。
- APIを介したウェブサービスとXML/JSON形式のデータ交換に関する認識
- ソリューション開発に影響を与える関連規制要件を確実に認識する。
- チームトレーニングおよびプロセスドキュメントのレビューと更新を確実に行う。
- Embed consistency of approach, documentation, and management of requirements from inception to delivery.
- Work closely with different business units to identify required enhancements, assist in system reviews, analyze data, solution design, and provide support through to implementation.
- Work with Technical teams on designing solutions and implementation of deliverables.
- Good understanding of Agile methods (SCRUM) and applying agile ceremonies.
- Ensure awareness of relevant regulatory requirements that impact the development of solutions.
- Experience in identifying, owning, and managing risks and issues including mitigation and remediation throughout the life of the project.
- Prepare, co-ordinate and perform various testing phases like UAT and ensure post implementation support and handover.
- Develop good working relationships and communication with all business teams.
- Respond promptly to internal and external team and ensure their needs and requests are addressed.
- Awareness about Webservices and XML /JSON format data exchange over APIs
- Ensure awareness of relevant regulatory requirements that impact the development of solutions.
- Ensure team training and process documents are reviewed and updated.

スキル・資格
- ビジネスアナリストとして少なくとも3年以上の経験があり、テストやUATの実績があり、従来のウォーターフォールとアジャイルの両方のSDLCを理解し、仕様書やビジネスライティングのスキルを実証している方。
- 英語と日本語でのコミュニケーションに優れ、組織のあらゆるレベルにおいて効果的な交渉スキルをお持ちの方。
- 航空業界に関する知識と経験
- ウェブサービスとXML/JSON形式のAPIを介したデータ交換に関する基本的な理解
- AWSクラウド技術に関する知識
- リレーショナル/ノンリレーショナルデータベースに関する知識
- プログラミング言語の基礎知識
- You will have at the least 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, proven testing and UAT experience, an understanding of the SDLC, both traditional Waterfall and Agile and demonstrated specification and business writing skills.
- You will have an excellent communication in English and Japanese, effective negotiations skills at all levels of organization.
- Knowledge and experience in the Air travel domain
- Basic understanding about Webservices and XML /JSON format data exchange over APIs
- Awareness on AWS Cloud Technologies
- Awareness about Relational/Non-Relational databases
- Basic knowledge in one programming language.
