• 必要経験：BA+PMOとして10年以上。
• 要件ビジネスアナリストとして、プロジェクト準備段階での業務フロー作成支援、画面のワイヤーフレーム作成。
• PMOサポートとして、資料作成、会議運営などPMO・CA部門の業務を行う。
• 要件収集プロセスの実務経験（業務要件作成、またはそれに準ずる経験）
• 日本語スキル必須、英語スキル尚可
• コミュニケーション能力、ステークホルダーマネジメント
• 日本の保険業界への理解があれば尚可
• 日本語：ネイティブスピーカー/日本語能力試験N1レベル、英語：ネイティブスピーカー

• Experience required is 10+ years as BA+PMO.
• As a Requirement Business Analyst, support the creation of business flows during the project preparation stage and create wireframes for screens.
• As a PMO support, perform PMO & CA department duties such as creating materials and managing meetings
• Work experience in requirement gathering processes (creating business requirements or equivalent experience)
• Japanese language skills are must, English skills (preferable)
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management
• Good understanding of Japanese Insurance domain is advantage

Japanese language: native speaker / JLPT N1 level and English native speaker
