【組織のミッション】
キオクシアグループ行動基準に定める「事業を展開する各国・地域に係わる安全保障貿易管理に関する法令遵守」のために、輸出管理統括部門として、社内関連部門およびグループ各社への指導、支援を行います。

【組織の職務内容】
・外為法および米国輸出管理規則（EAR)の法令改正対応
・社内およびグループ会社への輸出管理教育、指導、相談対応
・該非判定および取引審査業務
・輸出管理監査業務
・監督官庁（経産省の貿易経済安全保障局傘下組織）の対応窓口業務
・輸出管理における制度企画
・輸出管理ITシステム運用統括業務

【お任せする具体的な業務内容】
・入社直後は、チームリーダーの下で、職務内容に記載の業務のいずれかを担当頂きます。
・いずれの業務も、チーム単位で協力して行う体制となっており、特に入社直後は各チームリーダーによる業務説明、OJTを丁寧に行いながら、当社における輸出管理業務への理解を深めて頂くことになります。
・ご経験に応じて、チームリーダーとして担当業務の取り纏めをお任せする場合もございます。

In the recent international situation, export control regulations for the semiconductor industry, especially in Japan, the U.S., and Europe, have been tightened due to international cooperation. In order to strengthen our system to provide timely and accurate export control compliance guidance and support to our company and group companies, we would like to hire an individual with knowledge, skills, and experience who can respond to frequently changing export control laws and regulations in accordance with the security environment and who can make an immediate impact. We are looking for someone who has the knowledge, skills, and experience to deal with frequently changing export control laws and regulations in a security environment.
Depending on your experience, you may be asked to serve as a team leader, or you may be offered a rotation or career advancement in the future.

[Organization Mission]
As the Export Control Division, the Export Control Department provides guidance and support to related internal departments and group companies in order to ensure "compliance with laws and regulations concerning security trade control related to the countries and regions in which we operate" as stipulated in the Kioxia Group's Code of Conduct.

[The duties of the organization are as follows]
- Respond to the revision of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Control Law and the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
- Provide export control education, guidance, and consultation to the company and group companies.
- Export control audits
- Export control audits
- Contact point for regulatory agencies (organizations under the Trade, Economy and Security Bureau of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry)
- System planning for export control
- Export control IT system operation and management

[Specific duties to be entrusted to you]
- The team leader will be in charge of one of the tasks listed in the job description.
- All of these tasks are performed in cooperation with the team unit, and you will deepen your understanding of our export control operations through careful explanation of the tasks and on-the-job training by each team leader, especially immediately after you join the company.
- Depending on your experience, you may be asked to take charge of the work as a team leader.

[Work environment]
- Average overtime hours: 20 hours/month
Overtime may temporarily increase from the above amount when major revisions are made to export control related laws and regulations.
- After the OJT period, flexible working style is available by utilizing telecommuting system.

- Knowledge of security export control laws and regulations (Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act and EAR)
- Experience in security export control operations based on the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act and the EAR.
