Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with legal and corporate finance requirements, including group reporting, J-GAAP reporting, and tax filing
• Provide accurate financial data to internal and external parties promptly
• Manage corporate tax compliance and oversee inter-company transfer pricing documentation
• Maintain fixed asset records and manage depreciation accounts according to local tax laws
• Analyse financial operational results to offer recommendations and technical advice to management
• Participate in special projects, providing financial insights and keeping up-to-date with regulatory developments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, business, economics, or commerce
• More than 5 years of experience in finance reporting and audit procedure
• Experience in annual financial closing process
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Skilled in ERP systems (SAP) as a user
• Possess valid tax accountant certification is ideal
