Global IT Delivery Lead - Sales & Marketing

The Role

• You will be leading a compact team of two full time employees and be working with senior IT stakeholders worldwide to deliver the company's next generation of commercial IT solutions. You'll be ensuring that stakeholders in different technical teams are all aligned on the roadmap and delivery of sales & marketing IT systems, e.g. you'll be building relationships and influencing senior figures to ensure your CRM / SFDC focused projects can be delivered on time and to budget.

Your Skills

• Business level Japanese and English language abilities are a must for this role as you'll be working with local and global stakeholders alike - without both, you unfortunately cannot be considered for this role.
• Previous experience of delivering complex projects relating to commercial IT systems (CRM / SFDC / SFMC / etc) would be ideal, as would exposure to the manufacturing, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries.
