【Full Remote / Tech Lead】Industry-First, Hyper Growth SaaS

This company is a rapidly growing SaaS company that has launched Japan's first and only vendor management system.

While the global industry is valued at over $7 billion USD, this company is pioneering the first product of its kind in Japan. Within just one year, they have acquired over a thousand additional clients and recently secured a record-breaking funding round. With this new investment, they plan to expand their team and develop additional products from the ground up.

To lead the development of both their existing product and the creation of new products, they are now looking to hire an experienced Tech Lead.

• 3+ years experience in a technical Lead position (Tech Lead, Team Led, Manager, etc.)
• 5+ years experience in web development using PHP, Java or Ruby
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle from requirement definition to development to maintenance
• Experience developing web frameworks like CakePhP, Laravel or similar
• Knowledge of the latest JavaScript ecosystem (TypeScrpt, ES20XX, Webpack, Vue.js, React, etc.)
• Experience with Relational Database Management
• Advanced design and programming skills
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Business level Japanese skills
