Responsibilities:

• Planning and managing logistics, 3PL logistics partner, transportation and customer services
• Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
• Liaising and negotiating with 3PL logistics partner, suppliers, company internal retail / E-com functional team and wholesale customers
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation.
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, internal retail and wholesale partners.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.

Requirements:

• Requirements and skills
• Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager.
• Experience in retail, wholesale, e-commerce.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management.
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
• Proficient in standard logistics software.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
