Project Manager - Supply Chain Planning Solution

The Bilingual Project Manager is responsible for the implementation of company's supply chain planning solutions, managing budgets, schedules, and resources. You will be the primary interface with clients, ensuring successful project delivery and post-go-live support. This position is open to mid level~senior manager level.

Description

• Manage the complete lifecycle of projects.
• Develop and align detailed project plans with all stakeholders.
• Track progress, document deviations, and develop mitigation plans.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Approve timesheets and invoices promptly.
• Ensure team members understand their tasks and deliverables.
• Document and manage project risks and issues.
• Provide knowledge transition and documentation post go-live.
• Engage with customers to manage priorities and expectations.

• Experience in project management through the full lifecycle
• Experience in implementing supply chain planning solutions or relevant solutions; or working in the supply chain/logistics domain
• Fluent in Japanese to communicate with clients.
• Business Level English to communicate with internal teams.
