The Role

• Create and implement go-to-market strategies aligned with the Japan BD & Sales team's goals.
• Build strong relationships with top mobile network operators and partners.
• Lead the process of acquiring new deals, collaborating with global teams to develop feasible solutions.
• Oversee project management for new deal implementations, ensuring successful delivery through cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage P&L for assigned clients, review progress, adjust plans, and report performance to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and suggest strategies to increase sales.
• Provide strategic growth recommendations to leadership.

Your Skills

• Native Japanese & Business level English
• Strong network and understanding of the telecommunications and mobile network space in Japan.
• 7+ years in business development, client relationship cultivation, and deal closure.
• Ability to work effectively with senior executives and C-level decision-makers.
• Ability to present key issues and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Prior experience in InsurTech is not needed.
