Smart Cabin

Desay SV’s Division Intelligent Cabin (IC) focuses on in-vehicle electronics integration while augmenting human-machine interaction experience with the aim to provide pleasure in driving. It offers an Intelligent Cabin system solution，which is a seamless scenario-based and user-centered integrated solution for in-vehicle cabin electronics.

Smart Drive

Desay SV’s Division Intelligent Driving (ID), adhering to total safety as the most important, aims to fulfil the need for a safe and efficient mobility. This is made through the integration of a world-class intelligent vehicle-road-cloud transportation framework, with the goal towards a full autonomous driving vehicle in the near future. It also offers solutions for intelligent driving covering multiple low- to high-speed scenarios and intelligent transportation solution for high-way and urban areas.

Smart Service

Desay SV’s Division Connected Services (CS) focuses on highly customized business ecosystem through software driven business model by supplying software platform solution to OEM customers, end users and partners through cloud and data analytic services.

【募集背景】

ポジションのオープン理由→経理業務の必要性から、新設のポジションです。

現在の社員数 →現在約20名ほど、年末には24名ほどになる予定です。

経理・財務の人数構成 →構成は3名の予定です 現在、本社からの出向者１名おり、6月にビザを手配中で、7月から8月頃に来日予定です。

★出向者は日本語対応ができませんが、中国語や英語で対応可能です。 広島には会計・人事・総務を兼任するスタッフが１名います。

【仕事内容】

Position:DSV Japan Accountant

Department :DSV Japan CMD

Work Mission

Responsible for financial accounting (complete financial records in SAP and release regular reports), financial analysis (budgeting & forecast, cost & expenses analysis etc.) and coordinating HQ to support local financial management (ad-hoc tasks if needed).

Reporting structure

Direct supervisor: DSV Japan CMD department manager

Direct reports: DSV SGP CFO / DSV Japan CMD department manager

Contact:

Internal: DSV-J departments; HQ Financial & Controlling departments

External: 3rd party accounting firm; audit firm

Responsibility/goal

• Conduct accurate and timely overall accounting booking, complete monthly closing as required, and release monthly reporting package.
• Maintain an English detail ledger system for operation analysis.
• Complete quarterly package files and complete the reconciliation timely.
• Support annual audit work and communicate with auditors for documents preparation
• Support DSV JPN to complete annual budgeting, FC1 in April and FC2 in July/August.
• Complete operation analysis report (sales analysis/expenses analysis/inventory analysis etc.) and drive operational improvement.
• Coordinate HQ to establish the treasury system including bank account management and cash control.Treasury management
• Coordinate HQ to support local financial management including financial policies, management system implementation and other ad-hoc task etc.

必須条件：

• エクセル利用での財務諸表の作成
• Microsoft系OAツール知識（excel,word,power pointなど）
• ビジネス上級レベルの英会話力
• 日本の会計基準と日常帳簿管理に精通している方

歓迎条件：

• ビジネスレベルの中国語会話力
• SAPシステムのオペレーション経験
