The Role

• Act as the primary contact for IT solution development to support product and service planning.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and business operations departments to propose IT solutions for new products and services.
• Serve as the product owner post-release, ensuring project KPIs are met by evaluating feedback from the business department.
• Manage requests for product improvements from both the business department and IT team, organizing them as backlog items.
• Lead communication with stakeholders, prioritize backlog items, and develop action plans to enhance product/service value and foster business growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop IT business cases for new initiatives, defining scope and execution plans, and securing approval for project execution.
• Work with IT delivery team leaders, UX team, and data science team to finalize requirements and align architectural and solution directions.

Your Skills

• Experience in cross-functional system business analysis.
• End-user and data-driven mindset.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Japanese: Native level / English: Intermediate level.
• Prior experience in Core IT Systems projects (IE: ERP, Core Banking Systems, etc.)
