Omnichannel Project Manager

Company Overview:
We are part of the largest luxury brand conglomerate in the world. As a leader in the luxury industry, we are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Project Manager to drive our digital initiatives and spearhead our omnichannel efforts.

Role Overview:
As the Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will play a key role in our Digital Transformation & Omnichannel department. You will be responsible for managing digital projects that aim to improve day-to-day operations, enhance the customer experience, and drive business growth through innovative digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform project/product management for selected digital initiatives, working closely with the internal IT team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e-commerce, CRM, social media marketing, etc.) to define user needs, design user journeys, and analyze costs/ROI.
• Align digital project objectives with the overall digital transformation strategy of the organization.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to drive project execution and ensure successful delivery of high-quality digital products/solutions.
• Maintain the quality and value of digital products and services developed by the department.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and digital trends relevant to the luxury and retail industries.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in leading digital solution projects or relevant experience in the digital services industry.
• Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong technical understanding and curiosity for emerging technologies and digital transformation.
• Proven ability to align business goals with digital project objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
