JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for quality control and quality assurance of fine coaxial harnesses, ensuring products meet specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections of products during the production process to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collect, analyze, and report data related to product quality management.
• Analyze the defect rate of coaxial harness products and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct quality management training and educate operators.
• Investigate and address the causes of quality issues when they arise.
• Handle customer responses to defect issues and communicate with the factory.
• Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Support the introduction of new quality management tools and technologies

JOB REQUIREMENT

• College diploma or higher.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance. Experience in 
• Harness manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of quality management methods and tools (e.g., the 7 QC tools, FMEA, SPC).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in Japanese or English is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and experience with internal audits is desirable.
• Experience in customer handling is a plus.
