JOB DESCRIPTION

Collaboration with Supervisors and Team Members: 

• Work in cooperation with supervisors and team members to contribute to the establishment and enhancement of the factory's technical foundation.
• New Project and Product Launch: Participate in new projects and product launches under the direction of supervisors, managing production preparation and technology transfer.
• Equipment Installation and Setup: Responsible for the installation and setup of harness processing equipment.

Maintenance and Repair: 

• Conduct regular maintenance and repair of processing equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose equipment issues and perform troubleshooting.
• Performance Monitoring and Improvement Proposals: Monitor equipment performance and propose improvements.

Conducting Training:

• Provide training to operators on equipment usage and safety procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Education:  College diploma or higher.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in equipment installation and maintenance (e.g., PCB assembly, electronics manufacturers).
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Japanese or English is preferred.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly diagnose and repair equipment issues.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with the team.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to details in maintenance and repair activities.
• Flexibility: Ability to work shifts and respond to emergencies.
