Retail Marketing

You will be responsible for building the retail marketing foundation for the retail side of the brand. You will also collaborate with VM, Training and operations to create a great customer experience in their stores.

Description

• Develop yearly / monthly retail marketing plan and implement it accurately in the stores.
• Plan and organize promotions and events to increase customer loyalty and implement the in the stores.
• Think of activities that will boost the brand's membership program from the store's point of view.
• Work closely with various stakeholders to create the brand presentation in retail stores and shop-in-shop.

• 5+ years of retail marketing experience as preferably in outdoor, sporting goods and fashion company.
• Strong business orientation (passion, interest and understanding).
• Good knowledge of the Japanese market.
• General IT / PC Skill, Excel Word, Power point, Illustrator, Photoshop.
