職務内容

Responsible for delivery of digital projects for the APAC region, focusing in Japan market, to ensure high quality delivery of our consumer-facing experiences

Responsible for translating business requirement and processes into technology requirements and solutions

Provide leadership and technical guidance and support in digital projects

Be the catalyst to drive the digital strategy and direction whilst working closely with various business stakeholders to understand the organizational needs and long-term vision

Combine a strong understanding of user needs with a deep understanding of business goals as well as technical dependencies to ideate and champion digital solutions that deliver value

Assists in educating APAC business stakeholders on the global digital processes

Responsible for coordination final delivery of digital applications or functionality, including user acceptance testing and final sign-off

Responsible for management and communication of budget status and tasks among Global/APAC team members, business stakeholders and Japan local vendors.

Identifies and atends to interdependencies between key resources and between significant work efforts

Identifies and surfaces risks to successful implementation

Establishes and maintains repository of artifacts, deliverables, and team working space for the APAC region

Provides ongoing project update reports to internal leadership

Oversees project from initial funding approval through delivery, including overall continuing project maintenance if needed

Ensures ongoing resource needs are captured and utilization rates are maintained across their cross-functional team(s)

Responsible for management and communication of budget status and tasks among team members and business stakeholders

Support IT Digital Manager on project management for other projects when there is no priority/urgent production issues.
