• Lead and manage upcoming C&B project
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and analyze compensation data
• Utilize existing systems to manage and update compensation and benefits information
• Partner with vendor companies to ensure best practices and compliance
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management

• Fluent in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English (reading, writing, and conversation)
• At least 3 years of experience in compensation, benefits or salary management
• Strong proficiency in Excel and comfortable working with numerical data
• Project management experience is highly desirable
• Experience working in consulting companies or handling large-scale projects
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of compensation systems and best practices
