• Minimum of 2 years' experience within consulting firms or SIer, focusing on Workday, HR solutions (ERP, HR packages, talent management systems) development, implementation, and maintenance.
• Leadership prowess demonstrated through managing teams, including offshore members (3-10 individuals).
• Effective communication skills to engage clients, internal teams, and external partners adeptly.
• Fluent in Japanese with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
