Description

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and objectives.
• Provide expert advice on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and retain top talent.
• Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Address complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
• Support leadership in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Lead initiatives related to employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and employee well-being.
• Ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws and regulations.
• Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and provide insights to leadership.

• Fluency in Japanese and business-level English is required.
• Stable HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role within an established organization in Japan.
• In-depth knowledge of Japanese labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
