• Close communication with BA about LMS platform functional architecture and mapping to technical architecture
• Develop and document IT solution architectures, including system, application, and data architectures
• Finding the gaps between the LMS platform and the needs of the airline business requirements
• Setup interface specifications
• Identify and assess potential IT risks and develop mitigation strategies

• Business proficiency in both English and Japanese
• Knowledge and comprehension of technologies such as cloud-based systems (AWS), REST, Hibernate, Spring, JEE, and Java
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of IT security best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
