As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will deliver and support IT projects in Japan, ensuring performance and uptime of production systems. Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement robust IT solutions, focusing on networking and system management.

The Role

• Deliver IT solutions and provide technical expertise in the design and implementation of new and evolving business processes.
• Ensure performance and uptime of production systems and technology align with business and user needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other IT groups to align efforts, share best practices, and maintain standards.
• Manage network responsibilities, including:

Circuits: SD-WAN, WAN, LAN, Internet Circuit, WiFi Site Survey.
Firewall: Monitoring, policy management, network-related services.

• Define, analyze, support, test, and administer complex business and/or IT systems to meet departmental requirements.
• Implement, deploy, and maintain hardware and software.
• Coordinate with vendors, departments, and malls to install and support technology.

Your Skills

• Previous experience in the retail industry.
• Preferred experience in setting up enterprise networks for retail.
• At least 3 years of experience in overall networking.
• Proficiency in routing and switching.
• Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Experience working in multi-cultural and diverse environments (preferred).
